The Factory
132 Rietspruit Street, Suderland Ridge, Centurion, Pretoria.
The following are a few images and small explanations of how the factory operates. We constantly upgrade our machinery and our staff receive training on a regular basis.
Hopefully this gives you a better idea of how your kitchen and bedroom units are made.

Step 1
The larger boards are cut into stock sizes for orders on our panel saws. |
Step 2
The cut boards are edged on our Rapid edging machines |
Step 3
The edged boards are assembled in our assembly section to create the carcasses. |
Step 4
While all the above is happening we are manufacturing the doors for the specific orders. Here you see the manufacturing of Post Form doors. The first step is to sand the door to get a smooth finish. |
Step 5
The Post From door is router, sanded again and sprayed with a specialised glue. |
Step 6
The last stage of the manufacturing the Post form door is to put the renolit (the renolit comes on many colours) on the door and rubbed to bond to the door. |
Step 7
This shows you the final stage of the manufacturing of our solid wood door range. |
Step 8
Once the carcasses and doors are quality controlled the assembler installs the door on the carcass to create the final product. |
Step 9
The completed unit has its last quality control inspection |
Step 10
The order is brought together and is ready for despatch |
Step 11
Here you see our Bedroom unit section with one of the sides being drilled to add to a order |
Step 12
The doors are being drilled here for the Bedroom unit section. The doors and sides are quality controlled and brought together to create a order ready to be despatched. |
Step 13
The units are checked for the last time and taken for despatch |
Step 14
The Units are loaded, despatched and delivered to the clients home. Clients also have a option to collect at the factory where we will load the units for you. Just remember to bring your own tie down ropes and some blankets to protect your units in transport. |
The Team
The production team is trained continuously and is proud to produce a quality product that will last for many years to come. |
