Useful Info: Installation Checklist.

 

Let us start by thanking you for giving us the opportunity to install the kitchen, bedroom and or bathroom units of your dreams. Here are a few pointers with our installation process

  1. After the order is placed with us we book it out onto our production line giving a dispatch date in our dispatch section
  2. If a delivery and installation date is needed please give the dispatch section a call at 012 666 8555 or e-mail info@kbg.co.za
  3. The dispatch section will give you a call the day before delivery to confirm estimated time, outstanding moneys (if applicable) and confirm any other required details
  4. Either the installation team will be delivering or our dispatch truck will deliver. If the installation team delivers then they will start installation immediately. If our truck delivers the installer will arrive shortly after the delivery to start you installation
  5. Please note the outstanding balance is payable before the accounts department will release the order for installation. The 10% is only due on completion of the installation
  6. Please make sure the installation site is ready as follows:
    • Any existing units must be removed
    • Taps and electricity points must be in the correct positions ect.
    • A power supply for the duration of the installation
  7. On completion of installation the installer will provide Final Inspection form to be completed thus completing the installation
  8. Please pay the outstaying amount owing

  1. Please note our installers don’t seal the sink with silicon but your plumber does make sure of this when installing the sink. Please tell your plumber to seal your sink correctly as water is kitchen units worse enemy.

Granite

Once the installation is complete the granite installers will come to site to take final measurements. the granite will be installed 5 – 7 working days after final measurements have been taken
